Pros

Salary is higher than the minimum wage, but you are going to pay with your soul.. as this business is in the online casinos, people highly addicted to games gonna call you daily and ask drain till last cent from their credit card, a proper dream job.

Cons

Management in the Call Center/ Chat department is made by uneducated people coming from Est Europe, that bring their questionable work ethic in the office, unprofessional behaviors and psychological harassment technic of any kind. A group of evaluators will treat you like garbage on weekly base using psychological techniques learned at the army probably. Advice to Management Check your employers and ask feedbacks to people leaving or fired. The reputation of a company nowadays is everything.

Pros

Interesting line of business, very diverse teams due to the international setup, generally friendly and helpful colleagues, sufficient technical equipment, adequate salary.

Cons

Little employee appreciation, contracts are considered volatile depending on owner's mood, the borderline legal status can have significant influence on private life.

Pros

Salary, and the office facility.

Cons

The customer service department's management is biased and lacks a sense of morale. They will quickly get rid of you if they do not like your personality or other attributes that do not fit well with them. Nothing to do with your actual results. Unfortunately, some higher- ups are two-faced snakes. Therefore, I recommend that you stay away unless you keep your head completely down.
