Pros
Good structures in the departments and roles like Analyst, IT Development, QA, etc. Some entertainment places are available. Nice green spaces. Eco Friendly furnitures.
Cons
Promises about remote work 100%, but at the end it depends on the project and the TL. To get a promotion is imposible if you don't have "friends" in higher positions. To get a higher salary or any bonification is kind of hard. Lack of a good internet connection at the office. Staffs hired is mainly local. Layoffs are normal.
