      Great benifits, Good pay. Fun technology

      Cons

      ITW cancelled the best part of this company and eliminated the best tallent to focus on their precieved 80/20. The company is now focus on 50 year old technolgy and burned their customers. Lost their future and reputation.

      Stable employment and good benefits.

      Cons

      Opportunities tend to be for certain employees in the "good ole boy" system. Usually they have no degree, former disciplinary actions, no respect by co-workers, bad work ethics, etc. Yet these same people within this "in crowd" continue to move upward while the hard working employees are belittled and threatened to do more work.
