This section is aimed at stating the shortcomings of the US office, based in Connecticut, USA:
- No advancement opportunities (no career growth)
- Very low pay grade (well below market average)
- Short-sighted senior management, only looking for a quick buck (even from its own employees)
- There's no organization hierarchy, no plan & no policies (contrary to what management will try to convince you). It's up to you to get what you can, when you still can.
- Senior management think they're smarter than all employees (a theory that keeps back-firing every single time, and they still haven't learned the lesson)
- The only company in the market asking its employees for a 4-week leave notice, when the market-standard is 2 weeks, sometimes less.
The cons stated above have been prevailing for the past 8+ years. Senior management will gladly hold town-hall meetings and round tables to convince employees that issues are being / will be addressed. Nothing happens.
