      Pros

      I worked as a credit analyst for one year. A medium structure with a friendly atmosphere, a great opportunity for junior position interested in corporate debt securities. No one is ever too busy to help out each other.

      Cons

      I didn't find any disadvantages.

      A lot of work from different areas which allows to learn a lot. A lot of exposure.

      Cons

      Lacks structure in sp office (3 people office). Spend a great deal of time with administrative tasks due to small office.
