Pros
Staff is very friendly, people are able to come to work and truly be themselves. Understanding and reasonable time off policy and helpful management. Management/Ownership is very good at listening to employee feedback.
Cons
Nothing major, maybe having more office space or better floor plan to enhance collaboration across departments.

Great company culture with a strong commitment to investing in and valuing employees. The team is friendly & supportive, The work environment is positive. I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day.
Cons
Operations are spread across three buildings (in the same business park), so having everyone under one roof would be great.
