In my particular area staff have been in and out the door, because of this there’s been a lack of leadership and the induction/training was lacklustre. The company processes make it difficult to feel like you are doing the job well, managers don’t get much decision making power due to the ticket system for raising issues. The accounts teams that decide what happens have no relationships with the client and don’t care much for the client relationship and maintaining. Automated systems complicate things and if anything goes through that isn’t right it’s difficult to unwind and credit things.
