      Pros

      The company is growing and the leadership is making every effort to take care of their people and provide them was challenging and rewarding positions. I really clicked with the CEO and her leadership team and think they have some really exciting opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Due to covid there was a lot of remote work and I wanted more interaction but that was no fault of the company itself.

      Pros

      Brilliant, driven people. It's rare to see this concentration of talent in VT. Small company that rewards good work, diverse and interesting problems. Big clients.

      Cons

      Smaller team taking on big clients means more stress; very little room for slack. Very much a "crush it" or get out of the way vibe.
