Cons
No communication. Below average salaries. Management refers to employees as 'just numbers'. Little to no HR support. Zero leadership. Corporate bullying. Work from home is absolutely not allowed. These are just a few things off the top of my head. Good luck to anyone who ends up there. If you're a woman, you need more than luck. I have never felt less valued as a human being than when I was working for IZI Group.
