Salary is the only thing you get. Don't expect anything else or go with sugar-coated words said at the time of your joining! The boss is always right - this is the theory he wants everyone to follow!
Cons
No exact rules or strategies. No growth, not a little bit. Certain partiality with new employees. The boss will keep yelling at the employees any time. Whenever the boss wants, he will stop communication with you! You can call him a Dictator rather than Boss! Not so much comfortable for female employees!
