Pros

It was easy to see how the business operated: it's a small, family-run practice; the relation of case types to income, life balance, etc., became clear over time.

Cons

Atty. Ibarra is very interested in many things, and is quick to glom onto a potential client's situation. This is an attractive personality characteristic, but it doesn't always work out as well as soberly assessing the potential of a case before deciding to take it on.

Pros

Can help you get your foot in the door in the legal field

Cons

BIZARRE experience. The attorney’s communication is scattered, uninformed, and outright weird. He sent me emails where he was asking chat gpt what the laws in California were with zero context?? Didn’t put me on a regular schedule, is unresponsive, talks way too much but doesn’t say anything, and has awful reviews from clients. I’m genuinely so confused about this firm. I don’t understand how they get any clients. Avoid. Expensive with zero value for the service.

Pros

Friendly & positive at first. The owner of the firm interviews all incoming legal associates.

Cons

Unfortunately, this is not a fair work environment. The owner of the firm is dishonest & senile. Communication is poor, he scams his clients, & does not provide adequate training to any new hires. The owner of the firm has an egocentric attitude.
