      A very traditional Japanese mindset with overt racial and gender discrimination.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed the client interaction and the working hard aspect. There is certainly a feel of productivity and quality focus.

      Cons

      I've experienced and observed my colleagues receiving racial and gender treatments from the Japanese employees. Just as expected when working for a traditional Japanese company: If you are not both Japanese and male, expect your promotions possibility as slim.

      Since we manufacture and sell components that go into known products, few people have heard of us so recruiting is sometimes a challenge.
