Technicians are experienced and do great work.

Cons

Management leads with a demanding attitude or else. Do not try to stand up for yourself or it will be viewed as being rude. No innovation in respect to the sales process or customer experience process. Team members lack leadership initiative qualities. Scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours atmosphere. No room for advancement or established training protocols or procedures.

Company car, phone allowance, company credit card. The peers you meet are good people.

Cons

We grow by acquisition and the company's we purchase are usually not operating very well or they would not be purchased at such a reduced cost. When start putting the leaders of these failing businesses in key upper level positions you are going to start the cycle again of a failing business. It is a vicious cycle.

Sexual harassment and activity is rampant. If you have a female loved one that works for this company just know there will be no recorse what so ever for her harassment complaints. In an already cut throat industry this company uses the cheapest and poorest quality parts as well as the same type of employees. If you value your car (the second most expensive investment you will ever make) do not take it here for service.
