Pros

It’s safe to say that the only good thing about working here would be my fellow colleagues. Then again, if you’re reading this, they have all left already.

Cons

Working here has been really tough. You’ll be expected to meet ridiculous deadlines and severe micro management. The company, run by both mother and daughter, have the worst organisation skills. It will be of no surprise if you have to stay up at 12am just to prepare and post for a new launch because they decided to bring forward even though it was originally planned to be two weeks later. You can expect to post min. 3 postings a day on IG and having to redo the same post for at least 6 times because the daughter will pinpoint a colour she doesn’t like or a font she prefers or the phrasing she wants, and sometimes, even the product placement. In such situations, you’ll be so frustrated. With that said, the one thing that REALLY ticks me off is when your boss is irresponsible and gives you crap excuses. As I was the only marketing person in charge then, I was struggling to finish my tasks as I had a lot of things at hand given the new launch being pushed forward + last minute flash deals. The daughter and I always work closely together, so I voiced out to her and asked for her help. She claimed that she’s unable to as she had an urgent meeting to attend to. But guess what?! Her meeting was to do her god damn eyelashes. There has been a lot of instances where she’ll use meeting as an excuse to do her hair, eyelashes, have lunch with influences or simply going down to their spa to do 2-4 hours long facial and massages. Last but not least, the benefits here are pretty trash. I will not go into details but in terms of leave entitlement + Medical Claims + company benefits, don’t expect much. All in all, do think twice if you’re really considering to apply here. Everyday is a battlefield and it’s going to be a long and bumpy ride. They are not easy to work with and they do not accept criticism well either. So… good luck to you!

Better To Be Unemployed Than Abused Here

Pros

There really isn't any at all.

Cons

One of the worst boss I've encountered. Being a 20+ year old boss is fine as long as you listen and value your staff's feedback which in this case, isnt. The young female boss is very inexperienced, micro manages and has no respect for staff's boundary. She will text you non stop regarding work and give you late night calls up to 2am. There is nothing positive about the creative process here. Ideas and proposals are shut down instantly if it isn't what the young boss wants. You will be micro managed all the time by her so that it will only go her way in terms of creative direction. Her only form of design background is pinterest and she would ask you to follow whatever she sees 'pretty' even when the product or campaign doesnt suit the style. Deadlines are tight to an impossible extent solely because the boss doesn't understand the creative process such as photomanipulation, layouts and work in progress. The kind of work you'll be doing there is 'monkey see, monkey do'. Even when you do exactly what she wants, she will ask you to change at least 5 times only to go back to what it was originally. Trust the multiple low reviews that has been shown previously here. It's exactly as what was written. Her appointments and meetings that was actually for her nails or eyebrows resulting in her irresponsibly shoving all the work to you alone. Don't bother working for someone as ignorant and oblivious as her, you're way happier unemployed.

Pros

No nice things to say. Join at your own risk.

Cons

Mother and daughter business. Daughter is young, in her 20s but super arrogant and thinks she's the queen. Runs with an iron fist and talks down to you. Expects you to OT whenever she feels like it, not giving you an option. Job scopes are all over the place and she thinks she's an influencer just because she sponsors people her products. 6 employees actually met up after office hours just to talk about this boss of ours. To customers: Products are from China and cost is dirt cheap, just branded to be 'atas'. Instagram likes are purchased and not organic. One day the truth will be revealed. Do not support a brand like this.
