Only 2 members in support, that too they are never available when required. Cloud solutions are a fake creation of Indian CEO, Icewarp HO takes no responsibility of Indian cloud solutions. They are not certified by any audit authority. Data is not even secure on their infrastructure. They are able to sell the solution only to people who believe as it's an multinational brand, So they will be secure but it's not.

There is no value placed on the employee, everyone is expendable. They don't honor what they've told you, such as getting a promotion and a raise, and are very careful not to put anything in writing so they can conveniently say they never told you that. They'll keep circling back to the fact that there's no room in the budget, 'can't do it right now but hang in there and we'll try to get it done in the next few months.' They'll take advantage of you as long as you'll stick around for it, because you think they'll honor their word. And then guess what happens? Exactly, you're the one that gets screwed. If there were a way to give negative star ratings this company would rank at about a -10. Seriously run in the opposite direction and find a company that cares about their staff and the value you bring
