- Good benefits, definitely take advantage of the Roomzzz hotel stays! - A friendly and welcoming team, both days and nights, as well as a good community of tenants - Varied work keeps the job interesting, the role involves a good balance of hospitality and administration - Unlimited free coffee and tea on shift (try the mochas, they're unreal) - Day-to-day work is quite relaxed outside of changeover periods
Cons
- 12 hour shifts are not uncommon, working 24h a weekend every other weekend is the norm (this normally means four day weeks though!) - If you work at The Edge specifically, The Triangle can be a bit of a nuisance - it is a shared management building and there are some teething issues as Iconinc is taking over more responsibilities in the second block there
