      -No team or culture. I don’t know how they call themselves an “agency” when they contract out a majority of the work -Disorganized -Projects weren’t exciting -Low pay -Zero growth

      I currently work at Idea Rebel Vancouver and I have nothing but great things to say about the team. I’ve been working with the tech and pm teams at the company for few years and they have established a learning culture with lots of opportunity for growth. I recent read a negative review on the technology practice at IR. This is absolutely not true. I have personally grown a lot with the company. They have given me many opportunities and as a result my career has flourished. We have a great teach stack! Don’t be fooled by the haters. Peace and love.

      Cons

      None whatsoever. Management allows me to work from anywhere in the world on a schedule that works for me.
