      Pros

      Talented, hard working team in Toronto. Some decent work and always pitching new business. Thats all I've got.

      Cons

      Everything in this company stems from the top. I was there less then a year and witnessed multiple people get let go for next to no reason. Zero process. When things hit the fan, people are very quick to point fingers and refuse to take ownership. The equipment in the Toronto office looks like it was taken from the previously owned section of Canada Computers. Oh and lets not forget that an iPad box (or 3) makes the perfect stand for your monitor or lap top!

We are constantly evolving our process to ensure efficient communication and deliveries. We encourage you to take a look at our new Toronto Office. We have invested in a new space and it feels great! As for our equipment, we only ever purchase brand new mac computers. When they get older and slower, we upgrade them with new ones. We actually like riding bikes, playing foosball and ping pong and it's ok if you don't. We wish you the best of luck in your career.

      Pros

      IR has been my home away from home for a better part of 2 years. Some great times, some challenging times, overall I'm really happy to be here. There's a common theme to a lot of these posts and it is all about the people. We have a fun team. Working the odd weekend to push through a project isn't actually that bad... why? Because the people. We stick together and the results speak for themselves. Our design team is top notch and our dev team will get it done no matter what.

      Cons

      We could use a bit better process but most of us don't really like process. Though we need it go grow.

      Pros

      Amazing team, friendly people, funky office space in an iconic building in toronto, good location, decent clients, flexible hours and worked remotely sometimes, got to travel to the Vancouver office as well, most projects I worked on were small to medium sized and shared with the team in Vancouver. I still keep in touch with them.

      Cons

      Lacked some guidance sometimes but that's what you get in a boutique agency so it also has its benefits.
