      Pros

      None. Top to bottom is really bad.

      Cons

      1. C-Level are incompetent know-it-alls who do not know how to run a business, manage people ethically, and pay people their wages. 2. HR is comprised of incompetent individuals who look out for the company owners, not the manpower. 3. Deducts benefits but does not submit it to the government offices. 4. Raise the wages especially for employees who are tenured.
