      Nice office on the river Good Christmas party at the Convention Center. (the only time a few people showed signs of life)

      Lazy disinterested leaders Feels like working for the public service. Plenty of people just collecting a pay cheque No career potential Leaders have favourites

      IAR truly lives its Values: we put people first; we are always improving; we do what we say will do. There is a genuine respect for its people and the communities in which it operates.

      IAR is a subsidiary of Idemitsu Kosan in Japan, sometimes causing what seems like slow decision making.
