Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your management advice.
- terrible pay even with experience and a degree
- contract says Monday-Friday but you are expected to work at all hours and all weekends with no OT pay
- EXTREME favoritism
- She taught me and my team nothing and barely puts a hand in when needed
- Is extremely rude and does not ever defend her employees when clients are rude or inappropriate
- would wake me up at 8am on a Saturday to delete spam comments

Your review seems to focus on me, Ana, the CEO of Identity Media. It appears you have not worked in our firm or any PR firm long enough to fully understand the industry. Our pay structure is based on experience, with the expectation that employees will grow with our firm as they evolve with us.
Regarding the schedule, it is stated in all contracts that we have events and needs that require weekend work, including myself as the owner. This is why we offer remote Fridays year-round, and during busy event weeks, I encourage our team to take Fridays off. I do not expect my team to do anything I don't do myself.
I do not believe in favoritism but rather in a management system that empowers our managers to lead effectively. I have defended our team many times, even at the cost of losing clients.
Regarding social media, while we use software to assist us, not everything can be automated. We pride ourselves on being hands-on and attentive to our clients' needs.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
The company culture is welcoming, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and mutual support. Colleagues are always willing to assist one another, creating a collaborative environment. Additionally, we often receive perks such as credit at our clients' establishments, which is a fantastic benefit for when we visit them during our personal time.
Cons
Event weekends in Miami, such as SOBEWFF, Art Basel, and Formula 1, are particularly busy. This is to be expected at any firm that manages hospitality and lifestyle clients.
