      Pros

      Idexcel is great place to work and awesome environment and lots opportunities to learn disruptive areas of work. It’s been a great journey so far with Idexcel and the same is continuing with the team. It’s a great opportunity to work with practice heads & leads directly.

      Cons

      Compensation is not up to the market.
