Pros

- Freedom to work - Nothing

Cons

This company has a 24X7 work policy, which means that employees are expected to be available and working around the clock. Additionally, the company sets unrealistic deadlines that are often difficult to meet, leading to a stressful work environment. Employees at this company often feel like they are being treated as slaves, with little respect or recognition for their hard work. There is a pervasive culture of everyone being a boss, which can lead to a lack of collaboration and teamwork. Compensation is also a major issue at this company. Salaries are very low and there are no opportunities for meaningful salary increases or promotions. Some employees report that the company will give bad feedback to future employers during background checks, making it difficult to find new employment. Overall, this company has a toxic work environment with low pay, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of respect for employees. It is not a recommended place to work for those seeking a healthy and fulfilling career.

Pros

Okayish engineering team Limited growth Can get some freedom (sometimes) to do things your own way Other than that nothing!

Cons

Where to even begin... Unrealistic deadlines Micromanagement Low wages Generally, product-based companies are known for higher salaries, but not this one! Literally, a 1-10 employee service-based company pays higher than these guys. NO WORKLIFE BALANCE!!! No fixed working hours (expect to work for at least 13-15 hours a day, 6-7 days a week! Yes, you read it right, 7 days a week!!!! They'll literally wake you up at 7:30 AM on a Sunday to work without any extra pay! ) The offer letter quite cleverly won't mention any working hours and working days, so get ready to be exploited 24x7. No proper management Autocratic leaders!! The so-called upper management will make some groundbreaking, architecture-destroying decisions overnight and you'll have to start working on them from the very next day, goodbye to whatever you've been working on. Small company Everyone is a CEO of one of the verticals of the company. Literally, the company is so small that there are only CEOs and nobody else in upper management. Every Tom , and Harry is a CEO here! Expect all the arguments with the management to end with the phrase "This is the CEO of one of the verticals of igesia, Ex-this and that telling you this, so you better understand" The management is filled with folks in their early 60s and the engineering team is filled with dudes in their early 20s, so good luck trying to communicate anything to the stubborn management. They'll literally make you change the whole architecture of the system cause they're too technologically illiterate to understand anything. It is like working at a small local grocery vendor/tea-seller. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
