Toxic work culture and cliquey. Senior staff let managers bully and gaslight junior members of the team, often found junior members of teams crying in the toilets. When problems arise there is a lot of finger pointing and usually its the junior members that take the fall. Long working hours with an immense amount of pressure. Everyone is nervous of the MD who is very Jekyll and Hyde.
