      Pros

      - lots of opportunities to progress skills, especially in design areas (uncommon elsewhere). - chaos = opportunities left right and centre. - directors are generally nice - great processes

      Cons

      - chaos means sometimes disorderly. Not good for people who value organizational structure - over work is common
