      Pros

      Most people you work with are cool. A few sad attempts at company culture were made.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Completely incompetent leadership team. Owner makes terrible financial demands and decisions. Overall brand does not work for what is trying to be sold. Outside influences and bad partnership deals really screwed things up.
