1. Friendly colleagues who are supportive. 2. Lot's of learning and exposure to out of classroom learning. 3. Work closely with the boss and other dept team which creates a lot of trust, harmony and understanding of each other's task. 4. Given Freedom of Autonomy to make decisions which help with critical thinking and great that the working environment gives a lot of trust in you and your work. 5. Team bonding and team lunch to have work life balances
Cons
Would prefer to have more team members in marketing so that I can put more effort in task that requires more time and effort compared to rushing to chase deadlines and not being able to put in more focus to multitask multiple tasks.
