Pros

Small company, good culture, good office locations, great exposure in the industry. There are a few complaints about salaries and "feeling poor", but I think people forget that you can just ask for more money if you're unhappy. It can work.

Cons

Disorganized management, limited to no career paths, lots of secrecy. I don't think it's on purpose, but it is very difficult to know what senior management is thinking long term.
