Where do I start from, most of the good reviews here are fake, HR forces employees to write good reviews on monthly basis department wise, yes the only planning and strategy which is in place. The company could be a great place to work is now full of politics. Hiring and firing is a hobby here, there is absolutely no planning. All management knows is to play dirty politics as I doubt they have a vision and knowledge to reach to their goal. This company looks very promising when you come down for the interview, it’s later when you realize nothing happens here. Good resources quit as soon as they get a better opportunity (waiting for my luck to shine) and the rest just stays and licks. They have a lot of policy and they only adhere to it at their convenience. You may even get fired while you are serving your notice period, let me explain this in detail - Notice period is three months here but that’s the case only when they need you and not vice versa. So you can be given a days notice in your notice period for the exit formalities, sometimes it’s even half a day or an hour, even after working for 13 years.
This all because the company is going through a rough phase that’s what they like it call. Salaries have started coming in late .
Having said that, something may change here provided they receive funding or management change their working style.
To conclude this not that a place to stick around, may be for fresher’s (engineers only).
P.S : Make sure before you put down your paper , you have received your incentive ( as everybody at Ilantus has a variable component to their CTC . Ex -ilantians don’t get incentives in their delayed FnF settlement.
