      There is no job security for any employee except those in management. ILI Digital is a terrible company. During salary increments and bonuses, it consistently lays off, terminates, or fires employees. Regardless of whether an employee is honest and hardworking, ILI Digital shows no concern. The company offers no opportunities for employees to improve. Its management is poor and inefficient. Nepotism is rampant, with only relatives and favored individuals enjoying full job security. I would never want to be part of such a toxic and poorly managed organization.
