You may on occasion find that another department has leftovers of some food they ordered for lunch and are willing to give it to you if they don't have any issues with your team.
Cons
*Everything!!! *Moving to a 90% temp based system where every employee is easily more expendable and very much more under paid than would normally be. *Management is lacking leadership skills and is filled with people who kissed up their way into their positions. *Managers are disconnected from their subordinates and hold no genuine relationship and mostly try to force one onto employees. *Everyday is a fire fight with random, near impossible deadlines to meet while still being expected to deliver on your daily work. *You are being silently scrutinized over anything you do wrong. Management keeps tabs on every time you are late, cannot meet a deadline, or take OT to finish something without asking them first. *Management will not hesitate to write you up as early as 3 weeks into your role if you are not able to juggle all of their BS demands while exhibiting flawless work.
