      Pros

      Great company, Always have a pizza party every month. I love it so much

      Cons

      bad boss, can't manage deadline, team and problems. worse, just want to work with people she likes, these are children. Career paths are very unclear and unfair. You must be smart to seduce and approach the boss to get a good position and salary, no matter your work.

      Great Client Solutions Manager, always ready to teach me every time I need lesson. I love my manager so much

      Angry CEO. One day I was late to meeting because the CEO tell me to fix his phone. Bad culture, my colleagues likes to make offensive jokes about me. Too long notice period.

      Pros

      - Had a great manager in the past, but after her resignation, decision-making shifted to the CEO, who is extremely micromanaging. - Offers good benefits, but see the cons below.

      Cons

      - Despite offering good benefits, the company plays favoritism by prioritizing "anak kesayangan" (preferred employees). No matter how hard you work, you may find your salary decreasing while others get an increase. Even as a top performer, part of your salary and allowances (tunjangan) may be redirected to others under the excuse of "subsidi silang" (cross-subsidy). In my case, I lost 10-20% of my salary this way. - I used the employee loan program, but they required me to submit my land certificate (SHM) as collateral, which is unreasonable for an employee loan. Although I complied, after resigning in October 2024, they never returned my document. Despite multiple attempts to retrieve it, my requests have been ignored. - now, i will submit the report to the Lawyer so i will get back my SHM
