      Pros

      If you are a religious person, this place will support you. Specially allocated quota for the Hajj/Umrah leaves. Employee engagement practices.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Micromanaging employees. Extreme centralization of the project decisions. The management is mostly not interested to close the project.

      It's a great place to work as you gets the chance to learn so many things which improves your skills and enhance you professionally. This company helps you to groom yourself and get the best out of it.

      Cons

      I didn't find any negative thing here while working up till now, and it's my 9 month since i start working in immentia.
