Pros

I can’t think of any pros other than the insurance.

Cons

This company does not care about its employees or it’s residents. People are a dime a dozen to them. The upper management lacks any real leadership skills and they all either come from a competitor company who has an equally bad reputation or they come from the check cashing industry, which is extremely cut throat and very different than multi family. When it comes time for RVP bonuses you either exceed your numbers or you will be fired. Very much the “ what have you done for me lately” attitude. There is no room for advancement within the company. They are very cheap, to the point that they don’t even provide drinks for maintenance when it’s 110 outside. They don’t pay their vendors on time if they pay them at all. Every community is for sale for the right price. Don’t think about going to HR with anything either. You want to speak about unfair, immoral, favoritism, gossip and the root of the terrible morale of the company. It all begins right there in HR. The mere fact that their practices are allowed is a tell tale sign of how everything else operates. Before quitting a good company that you currently work at to come to this company, please do your research. Google the owners name and read the many stories about them.

Pros

Decent benefits and holidays Other than that, none. RUN

Cons

No work life balance. Salary below market. Field expected to work without pay if job is impossible to complete in time, but you worked over 40 hours. Employees get set up and fired by top management. Misogynistic. Sketchy policies. Unprofessional. Poor leadership. HR has hr issues. Women's salaries are below mens. Men are nit held to same standard as women, i.e. preferential treatment. Rents are overpriced for value provided.

Pros

Can’t think of any pros.

Cons

Nepotism at its finest. Every corporate person has their children on payroll. Human Resources stirs gossip in the company and extremely unprofessional. All upper management is inexperienced in the business and fake it to make it.
