Work life balance is great. If you need to show up late or take personal days off they are pretty understanding. You can learn a lot about computers & electronics if you put in the effort.
Cons
Work is compartmentalized from the top down. Each person has their own way of doing things, including management and owners. No room for advancement/promotion. No benefits.
