Pros

Really smart, good people working here. Mission is important to the community.

Cons

They change leadership and priorities like underwear. The philanthropic mission has taken a backseat since covid and they still haven't really figured out how to get back to their original model. New CEO is much more cutthroat than previous leadership. Much less effort is put in to getting to know the employees and the budget is the #1 priority now. Benefits by and large are very mid at best. Pay is about average for the industry.

Great mid-level managers

Pros

Mid-level managers are excellent. There are a lot of really smart, experienced people that work here. Company leadership falls short, however. Supporting charitable partners feels good.

Cons

Leadership has been less than up front about changes in the pay structure. Company hasn't done well enough to hit bonus since I've worked here.
