Pros

High ownership, real impact You’re not a cog. Your work directly affects candidates, colleges, and outcomes. If you like seeing tangible results, this hits. Fast learning curve Exposure across strategy, content, growth, ops, and product thinking. You’ll learn more in a year here than in a siloed role elsewhere. Merit > hierarchy Ideas matter more than titles. If you perform and think clearly, you’re heard—regardless of experience level.

Cons

Pace can be intense Things move fast. Deadlines are real, expectations are high, and you need to be comfortable with pressure. Structure is still evolving Processes aren’t always “corporate-clean.” If you need rigid SOPs and predictability, this may feel messy. Not for clock-watchers This isn’t a strict 9–5 mindset culture. Ownership sometimes means extra hours when things matter.

Pros

Product based startup company for last 6 years. We can learn something there

Cons

It's looking like a bpo company not a product based because anytime hiring and firing is happening and lot of the employees moved out from the company in last 6 months
