Training is worst than I have had anywhere else ever. How you gonna sit someone in a room and train them without papers or anything to help them do the job. They sit you in a room and say watch me. I work at a drug store and had better training in my one week than I had in my few week training there. They tell you you gotta notate accounts but don't tell you what you need to notate with. Do I notate after every call? Then they do these silly meetings telling you to do this and this and the meeting long, and pointless. There is almost a 6 month expiration date on your employment with them. There is way to much turnover here. You all need to look at what your doing wrong cuz if you got a 6 month turn over rate and you all hiring all the time for the same positions somethings wrong with your management and your training. How do you expect people to do good in the job, and to catch on if your training sucks? They don't even give you a handbook of what you should be doing. How am I supposed to know I'm doing something wrong if you don't check my work then check it once after 3 months of me having to figure it out on my own and want to say I'm not doing it right.
Don't even get me started on all the changes in management.
if you got a turnover rate this high you need to start looking At your trainer and your managers.
Even when you got good excuses as to why you late or absent they still gunna talk to you about your attendance. SMH. family comes first but then when you trying to take care of your family they write you up for it.
