      Pros

      None. The management keeps best cases to themselves. You get crumbs.

      Cons

      Force you to work as a 1099 independent contractor. You are a nurse. You do not qualify for this per IRS definition. Forces you to pay self employment taxes. Imperium gets out of paying their portion of your taxes.

      Pros

      My team operates as a family. We are close and we allow eachother flexibility for life happenings. Running out during the day for an errand is fine. Really great training and support.

      Cons

      The pay is very low and they require a non-compete. Benefits cover almost nothing. 401k match is okay but not great.
