      - Amazing growth - Intellectual property is astonishing - Good teamwork - Loyalty - Founder/CEO is very patient and forward-thinking

      - Men/Women proportion is terrible. 30:5 approx - Not many benefits besides equity - Salary is hard to increment

      - Great team, great boss. Disperse but very, very supportive - Innovative, doing amazing things for LATAM region - Flexible, good with understanding, special permissions, vacations, etc. - Great to learn - Great C-Suite

      - You get what you negotiate, no additional benefits - Unbalanced men/women company participation (80/20) - Lacks company events for employees
