Lacks clarity and compensation

Working alongside some of the most talented, patient and kind people while growing in technical capabilities and explaining complex solutions to clients with confidence.
Cons
Continually asked to devalue my time through 10+ hour workdays and weekends, undocumented or falsely urgent client requests and significant time allocated to tasks not tied to any performance objectives. No path toward compensation that could support a home purchase could be established. The HSA (vs the FSA in 2023) has proven useless to a relatively healthy person trying to stay healthy. The withdrawals to that account are trapped by more stringent requirements for Medical Necessity that were not made clear by HR. Would not have allocated the maximum possible had I been made aware of the Medical Necessity requirements for an HSA.
