Pros

- Fair compensation - Good Work-Life Balance - Great Events and Trips - Beautiful Offices and great Locations

Cons

Misalignment with Stated Values and Culture: During my tenure at Implement, I found that the proclaimed culture didn't match the reality. Despite the emphasis on a positive culture, the atmosphere felt insincere. It's disappointing to witness a facade of friendship dissolve into mere pretense. While one would expect this behavior from larger consulting firms like MBB, it's disheartening to encounter it in a consultancy that touts a commitment to authentic culture and a humanocracy approach. The purported philosophy of "both and" appears ineffective in fostering genuine people-focus and growth. Lack of Diversity and Inclusion: Diversity and inclusion seem lacking at Implement, with most individuals coming from similar backgrounds and pre-existing connections. This homogeneity creates challenges, particularly for introverted individuals and internationals, who struggle to find their place within the organization. Moreover, staffing decisions appear to be influenced more by favoritism than by skills, further exacerbating the issue. Centralized Power Dynamics: Implement's governance structure concentrates significant power among a select few, leading to decisions being made within the opaque confines of the owner group. This centralized control can create an atmosphere reminiscent of 'big brother is watching you,' where all interactions are scrutinized in front of this group. Consequently, individuals may feel constrained, as even personal attributes like appearance can seemingly influence one's standing within the organization, creating an environment where dissent or individuality may not be tolerated.

Pros

Locations - they are nice and historic. Makes sense.

Cons

The culture. They say a lot of symbolic stuff such as 'diversity', 'inclusion', 'openness' etc. but at the same time they don't want people who are different, they actively exclude people they don't like or want to get rid of, they have THE WORST rumor mill internally where they talk TERRIBLE about their colleagues. Also, partners just get a free pass to be ABSOLUTE garbage to people. I've never encountered, in any consultancy, this many people who cries during projects. Also, they have this entire theater of culture where they OVERCOMPENSATE a lot for all the horrible things going on. The worst part of it is that no one are enjoying themselves to the gatherings and people are nervous as hell.

Pros

The company has a great reputation, it looks good on the CV. There are also very talented people working there.

Cons

There is a very unhealthy environment, extremely toxic behaviour from the partners to more junior colleagues. Workaholism is encouraged, and I feel constant tension, pressure and anxiety.
