Hello Thanks for your review however, we don’t recognise your statement and we do not tolerate bullying within the organisation. All management and staff members work together very well for many years and our staff tell us we listen and support them so your review is unfair and incorrect. Regarding mental and emotional health, a happy working environment is vital, hence we have offered everyone in the company private health schemes and benefits to support everyone when they need assistance and they have been in place over many years. We have been working from home for the last two years and still are with a small group going to the office to catch up one day a week, so again confused about your statement. We have been trading for over 24+ years and have a clear business vision and goals, we do not operate short term planning therefore we do not agree with your statement. If you are someone we have recruited recently in the support and deployment team and unfortunately did not pass the technical and probation period, please accept my apologies for the situation we wish you all the best and hope you can find a role suited to your skillset.
