      Pros

      - 1.5 hour lunch - cheap vending machine snacks

      Cons

      - Upper Management doesn't understand business - Small niche market - small potential - Highly political work environment - Foxconn-type mentality - Marketing dept is incapable. Doesn't understand product and has no past marketing/sales experience. Also has no past leadership experience. Only in this position because they are "Yes man". Website has little traffic and the dept has little to show. - Must read lots of books, just like university. Must read books when you go home. - High turnover

      Pros

      Free snacks Subsidized clubs (movie club, aerobics, etc.) Nice office in a good location Pretty flexible working hours

      Cons

      A high percentage of the staff are utterly inept. Management is clueless. If your face fits, you'll be fine. No direction. No robust strategy in place due to the management being unaware of what a strategy looks like. Lack of trust. Design team is able to interfere in other departments' work without consequences.

      – Above-average salary – Cheap snacks and drinks (and sometimes free) – 1.5 hour lunch break – Flexible working hours

      Cons

      – The upper management is unclear about the overall direction and changes it all the time. – Neither of the former nor the current CEO understands software, big data, product management, sales, and marketing. They were both professionals in law instead of business management. – The benefits are diminishing due to worsened financial circumstances.
