Pros

-Weekly Pay -Fair PTO use -Keeps you busy -Meeting new people -Universal standards, yet nuanced environment -A corporate entity that actually listens and responds to your feedback

Cons

-Staffing can be tough, but not at the fault of the company. -Customers tend to expect 5 star amenities at a 1 star price. We provide less to save customers more, yet still provide a good deal overall.

Pros

Benefits are good for the most part

Cons

Gm is forced to work the front desk on top of trying to manage a place that has very high demand and needs from guest. Everyday something new is put on your plate to make things even more stressful, I loved it when Chris managed our region, once they switched the new person lead with nothing but fear and spoke to GM’s very disrespectfully. You are forced to cover multiple properties when they are short staffed but than will be held reprimanded once your property falls behind cause you can only be there 2 times a week.

Pros

Intown Suites as a whole is going in the right direction. Building, renovating, and purchasing new properties at a very aggressive rate which can lead to advancement for the right individuals. You are given freedom to run your property in your own way and not Micromanaged by upper management. 5 days a week work schedule with every Sunday off

Cons

The hours can be long, 10:00am - 7:30pm majority of it standing in the office. The hours also make it very difficult to have any kind of work-life balance on the days you work. Realistically most of your work is completed before 5:00pm leaving you in the office, bored until you can start your closing at 7:00pm
