Flexible schedule and coworkers are always friendly to your face
Cons
Literally every thing else … must overwhelming place to work that offers no real guidance… you’re basically told to figure it out yourself and then if you don’t they blame you
Staff is kind just beware as they can be cut throat
Cons
Management is not knowledgeable. You are left to figure things out for yourself. You are asked to perform. Many tasks not included in your job description but there is never any offer to increase pay. Bonuses are non existent with this company. Owners flaunt their wealth while the employees are treated like second class citizens. Upper management is very malicious.
Great benefits, plenty of holidays, and a solid company match.
Cons
Had its good moments, but there were a lot of layoffs over the years. Leadership was disappointing, and the owners tended to shift blame rather than take responsibility. Financial issues popped up, and upward growth was pretty stagnant. Job security was shaky—one day you're in, the next you're out.
