Pros

People you work with are generally good however there is a strong cult-like atmosphere.

Cons

-Obscenely low pay -Inception is the correct word to use in this case -Cult-like -DOOR TO DOOR SALES, base salary of 100 a week, expected to work 12-9pm (you do the math) -AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pros

Absolutely none. For information, this company can also be known as Nebula Inc. or Emora and others. Same company. All the 5* reviews on glassdoor are by current employees who are asked to write something positive (I was one).

Cons

Where do I start? How 'companies' like this exist today is beyond understanding. They are founded on smoking mirrors, deception, confusion and with zero integrity. They create this inner mentality that is cult like with no scrutiny and where staff are expected to act as part of a 'crew' (a favourite term they use among others). It's quite frankly embarrassing. The interview process is just silly and unprofessional. I was initially called after applying for a 'project management' role. The role was adverised as such, however during the call I was suspicious about what the role actually consisted of. They promise a basic salary plus commission. Please be aware, this is just a lie, as its based on hitting daily targets and there is no basic salary. You are also self employed. I know you'll wonder why anyone would take up employment with this company after experiencing this. Well, the answer is very simple. Desperate people turn to opportunities and unforunately those people tend to be either the vulnerable or students with financial issues. They lure these people in (I was one) and essentially initiate them into this horrific working enviroment. Don't fall for the lies on making X amount and rising through the 'ranks' within weeks. I mean what self respecting company 'promotes' people after weeks in the job? Again another bull term they swing about daily. No one is really promoted, it's just a round-about employment pyramid scheme. Anyway I hope you all get the idea. Please save yourself the time, effort and experience and learn from mine instead. This company won't be around for long.

Pros

Friendly staff - very lovely to talk to but an illegitimate business nevertheless.

Cons

The salary advertised was 20-25k (negotiable), upon being offer the job I was told the only wage I'm actually guaranteed is £200 P/W. I was asked if I was capable of working weekends, some days up until 8pm. When you do the math it equates to less than £3 P/H. There is a multitude of advertisements on LinkedIn for graduates from all different backgrounds which implies you're recruiting for different roles, but ultimately it's just for the same bottom tier job. Actual guaranteed salary is 10.4k - NOT 20-25k like they advertised. The rest should be made up in bonuses. I have been advised this is what's known as a pyramid / ponzi scheme and the legality of such is iffy. As a business you have a responsibility to be clearly conveying important details such as the salary, if it's competitive, say it is prior to the interview.
