Used to have a great vision of making own contents. Had a knowledgeable members in the past.

Cons

New leadership screwed up the entire culture of the company and its foundation. Very suffocating to get through the day. Forced Night shifts without the will of the employees. Extreme Low Pay.

Provides trainings and quite learning experience for begineers

Cons

Low salary but more hard work. Claims women empowerment but has very few female artists. Requires employees to pay for office meal, which is deducted from their salary, no lunch too Removes good artists without any valid reason or explanation. Unnecessarily strict, no phone use and foods allowed in floor, toxic politics
