Pros
The culture! It is amazing, everyone supports and motivates each other, people aren't competing with each other and putting each other down to get a leg up, and that's a huge differentiating factor especially compared to other ad agencies in the area. The work is really invigorating, coming in as a creative and being hands on with the marketing and data teams to develop ideas and then test them is really interesting. The clients are varied (but all apps) and that also keeps the work fresh.
Cons
It is a start-up so the pace is really fast, sometimes too fast and easily leads to burnout, but they are very understanding of that happening. Some of the benefits are still in-progress. 401k matching, mat/pat leave, etc. They are working on it though!
