Pros

If you think you like politics this company might appeal to you. If you dont have self respect , this could be a safe long term company , as the CEO is a good salesman and would find projects / elections for a long time to come PS: political consultancy in india is over hyped too much and this company made me understand why. iPac is probably worse

Cons

Rule #1 : Suck up to your Anna / Boss and you are performing well. Rule # 2 : Suck up to your Anna / Boss and you will grow Rule # 3 : Just Suck up Processes dont exist... HR is a joke... if you are an inner circle member POSH cases also dont matter...

Pros

Exposure to political consulting industry within the four walls of an office space It’s best praises is of having relatively the most positive work culture amidst a lot of industry peers toxic enough to suck the will to work out of anyone.

Cons

Salary payments are delayed near every month. They don’t file TDS for the entire year and then make employees wait for months well after the last date of filing. The organisation is operating at the best of a few top echelons, what they call ‘core team members’ or CTMs. These CTMs come rarely come to office (mostly in the garb of employee meetings, allegedly one of them is taking employee meetings with Indian politicians while camping in London), they operate through 1-2 stooges they have shortlisted on the basis of much sycophancy. They have bi- annual reviews. One review is mostly to undermine high performing employees so they don’t expect raises or promotions. The other review is to give out doles to the tune of 2-5% hike. If you are a favourite of the CTM, you’ll get the best of the deal. Otherwise, keep your head down and focus more on optics than work. Don’t expect much in terms of work. They spent most part of an election year appeasing a coterie of politicians and for that make you work long hours with no clear direction and guidance.
